The invention provides a text labeling method and a construction method of a neural network model. The text annotation method comprises steps of obtaining a to-be-annotated text, wherein the to-be-annotated text comprises a character sequence composed of a plurality of characters; converting the character sequence according to a predetermined conversion rule to obtain a first input vector for thecharacter sequence; determining a second input vector capable of representing context information of the character sequence according to a predetermined dictionary; taking the first input vector and the second input vector as input of a bidirectional long-short-term memory network model, and outputting to obtain a feature vector of a character sequence; and determining annotation information for each character in the character sequence by adopting a conditional random field model according to the feature vector.
