Abstract

The invention provides toilet seat cushions and a manufacturing method thereof. The toilet seat cushions (1) are a pair of symmetrical left and right toilet seat cushions and are each provided with amain body. Each toilet seat cushion has a three-dimensional shape which substantially conforms to the shape of various toilet seats that are sold past or currently being sold by toilet seat manufacturers and the shape of an equivalent substantially equivalent thereto. The manufacturing method of the toilet seat cushions comprises: (a) a step of attaching a sponge layer to surface cloth; (b) a stepfor bonding a non-woven fabric layer, the non-woven fabric layer used therein being obtained by blending hot-melt cotton and a non-woven fabric; (c) a step for forming the shape of a toilet seat cushion through blanking; (d) a step for edging the toilet seat cushion obtained through blanking; and (e) a step for matching the edged toilet seat cushion with a toilet seat-shaped mold to heat-mold thetoilet seat cushion. Thus, the toilet seat cushions can be firmly fixed to a toilet seat without mounting bands for combining the toilet seat cushions with the toilet seat.
