Abstract
The invention discloses a non-lethal weapon efficiency evaluation method based on an improved PCM-power exponent method. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a non-lethal weapon system efficiency evaluation index system; normalizing the performance evaluation indexes of the system; calculating the weight of the normalized performance evaluation index based on an improved PCM criterion; and establishing a non-lethal weapon system efficiency comprehensive evaluation model based on a power exponent method. According to the method, the weight of the non-lethal weapon system efficiency evaluation index is calculated by utilizing the improved PCM criterion, the problems that an existing weight calculation method is subjective and large in error are well solved, the efficiency of the non-lethal weapon system is finally calculated based on a power exponent method, and finally comprehensive evaluation is achieved. The method can also be used for evaluating the combat effectiveness of other non-lethal weapons, and the evaluation problem in weapon system combat effectiveness evaluation is solved.
