Abstract

Three main circuit parts, namely an analog front-end device, an A/D converter and a digital interface device, are arranged to process analog temperature signals input from the outside so as to output digital temperature signals corresponding to the analog temperature signals, and the analog front-end device carries out dynamicbalance sampling on the analog temperature signals so as to eliminate a linear error in the analog temperature signals. Meanwhile, the sampling time sequence is improved so as to reduce measurement errors caused by the series resistance of a triode.
