Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a harmonic wave component detection method based on frequency spectrum variance, relates to the field of mechanical structure vibration signal analysis. The method can detect pseudo resonance components generated by periodic excitation force in mechanical structure response so as to improve the reliability of parameter identification. The method comprises the following steps: providing a novel harmonic wave component detection method according to the vibration response characteristics of a mechanical structure in a working state, namely defining and calculating the frequency spectrum variance of vibration response, and indicating the harmonic wave component in the original response based on the numerical value of the frequency spectrum variance. The method is especially suitable for vibration response signal processing and modal parameter identification of a mechanical structure in a working state.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of vibration signal analysis of mechanical structures, in particular to the field of vibration response signal processing and parameter identification of rotating mechanical structures under working conditions. Background technique [0002] Rotating mechanical structures (such as rotors, rotor blades, etc.) are usually excited by periodic forces. These cyclic forces, which may be caused by unbalanced rotors, gear trains, or cyclic aerodynamic forces, introduce harmonic components into the response of the mechanical structure. These harmonic components often appear as spurious formants to disturb the identification of real structural dynamic parameters. Therefore, the detection of harmonic components of the mechanical structure response is a prerequisite for the correct identification of dynamic parameters. [0003] Harmonic detection can be divided into time domain and frequency domain methods. Compared with the ti...
