The invention provides an absorption
tower pH and density measuring device for preventing blocking with rinsing water. The absorption
tower pH and density measuring device for preventing blocking with rinsing water comprises a
mass density meter, a Venturi tube, a
pH meter, a
pH meter measuring cylinder and an overflow
pipe, wherein a measuring pipeline is led out of the bottom of the absorption
tower and connected to the top end of the
mass density meter; the bottom end of the
mass density meter is connected to the bottom end of the
pH meter measuring cylinder through a Venturi-tube-bearing pipeline; a measuring
electrode of the pH meter is installed on the top end of the pH meter measuring cylinder and extends to the inside of the pH meter measuring cylinder; the top end of the pH meter measuring cylinder is provided with the inverted-U-shaped overflow
pipe; and the height of the U-shaped top of the overflow
pipe is greater than that of the top end of the pH meter measuring cylinder. The measuring device solves the problem of great measurement errors of pH value and density of the
slurry in the absorption tower in the prior art, and enhances the measurement accuracy. The rinsing water
system is arranged and used for rinsing the
gypsum slurry measuring pipeline or
gypsum slurry lead-out measuring pipeline when the pipeline is blocked or the measured value is abnormal.
