The method comprises the following steps: establishing a three-phase four-wire asymmetric circuit model; a test power supply is not added, and current phasors of each phase line and a neutral line of the three-phase four-line power transmission cable are measured on line; adding a single-phase or double-phase test power supply, and carrying out online measurement on current phasors of each phase line and a neutral line of the three-phase four-line power transmission cable; calculating according to two times of online measurement to obtain a calculation formula of parameters of the power transmission cable; and according to the power supply voltage output by the aviation ground power supply and the current phasor measured by the added single-phase or double-phase test power supply, calculating to obtain the numerical value of the electric cable parameter. According to the embodiment of the invention, the three-phase four-wire asymmetric circuit model is established and is measured by using the single-phase or bidirectional test power supply, so that the parameters of the three-phase four-wire power transmission cable of the aviation ground power supply system can be accurately measured, the measurement process is simple, the calculated amount is small, and the measurement precision can meet the requirements of actual engineering measurement.
