The invention provides a preparation method of a superhydrophilic and underwater superoleophobic calcium carbonate hybrid membrane. The method includes the steps of: (1) adding a calcium ion solution into an alginate solution to prepare calcium alginate gel, and performing stirring treatment on the gel to form flocculent precipitate; (2) under stirring, adding a carbonate solution into the material obtained by step (1) to obtain calcium carbonate-calcium alginate hybrid particles; and (3) conducting pumping filtration and drying on the material obtained by step (2), thus obtaining the superhydrophilic and underwater superoleophobic calcium carbonate hybrid membrane. The invention also provides the hybrid membrane prepared by the method and application thereof in the oil-water separation field. The hybrid membrane provided by the invention has good flexibility and mechanical strength, very low adhesive force to oil stain, and very strong pollution resistance, and can realize oil-water separation of high viscosity crude oil and oil-water emulsion. The hybrid membrane also has the advantages of simple preparation, low cost, green and no pollution, and recyclability, and is expected to realize large-scale production and application.
