According to a corresponding structure, a double stable structure of magnetic attraction and hydraulic supporting is formed, dynamic adaptation of magnetic attraction force and counter-acting force is achieved, and the magnetic attraction stability, the drilling precision and the electric energy utilization efficiency are improved aiming at the drilling deviation problem caused by energy waste, magnetic attraction fluctuation and working face inclination of a traditional magnetic drill.
