By compounding the slurry with the epoxy resin and functional filler, dispersibility of graphene in the coating is improved. According to the preparation method, by combination of sand milling and high-speed dispersion, stable dispersion of the graphene in the coating is achieved, and fineness of the coating is guaranteed, so that the coating, compared with a conventional epoxy zinc-rich coating, the coating has good adhesion force, excellent anti-salt fog performance and outstanding anticorrosion performance. The method is low in sintering temperature, the purity of the obtained powder is high, and the obtained powder can achieve nanoscale without being processed, the preparation process is simple, and required equipment is simple, therefore, the method is suitable for large-scale industrial production.

The production process provided by the invention adds the stepof insulated speedy brewing; compared with a later open-air drying step which lasts for 9 to 10 months in traditional methods, the insulated speedy brewing step which lasts for 1 month and the open-air drying step which lasts for 3 months in the invention enables the whole process to be decreased by 6 months, and therefore, occupation of the fermenting tank and capital is reduced while product quality is guaranteed.
