Power generator internal cold water quality monitoring control system based on multi-point control

The invention relates to an internal cold water quality monitoring control system applicable to a power generator with a stator bar made from red copper. The traditional domestic and overseas internal cold water quality adjusting devices all have problems of large water quality fluctuation and poor safety due to the use of alkali adding systems using a single-point control method. According to the invention, two paths of sampling points are arranged on a water inlet mother pipe and a water return mother pipe of a stator cooling water tank; an online pH meter and an online conductivity meter are mounted on each path of sampling points; the pH meter, the conductivity meter and a stator cooling water pump in the internal cold water system are connected with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controller by signal wires; the PLC controller is embedded with a PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) control algorithm program applicable to the internal cold water system and based on expert control rules; and the PID control algorithm program is used for processing the collected real-time data according to set rules and controlling the starting and stopping of an alkali adding metering pump according to an operation result. By using the multi-point control method provided by the invention, more complete interlocked protective function is realized, the excessive adding of the alkali liquor is completely eliminated and the safety of the internal cold water system is assured.

According to the method, the germanium in the smoke dust can be efficiently extracted under the condition of low acid consumption, the leaching rate of the germanium reaches 93%, and accumulation of the germanium in a system is reduced.
