Abstract

According to the single-slit diffraction and light-sensing principles, hanger swing angle rotation information isconverted into an electric signal and a digital signal, and a diffraction pattern is generated through the diffraction of a single-slit grating. The stripe width and the bright stripe center positionof the light diffraction pattern are detected and processed by using a light-sensitive diode PN junction array and a digital-to-analog conversion chip, swing angle information of hangers and a load is calculated, and the calculated swing angle information is transmitted to crane operators for reference or fed back to a bridge crane control system for anti-shake control, so that the operation efficiency of the operators is improved, and the work pressure is reduced.
