Abstract

The invention discloses a soybean straw culture medium for culturing armillaria mellea and a preparation method thereof. The soybean straw culture medium is prepared from a main material carbon source and inorganic salt nutrients. The main material carbon source is prepared from the components in percentage by weight: 70-90% of soybean straw powder and 10-30% of wheat bran. The invention also discloses a production method of the armillaria mellea by using the culture medium. The method includes the steps of (1) preparing the culture medium, and performing sterilizing for later use; and (2) inoculating the activated armillaria mellea into the sterilized culture medium, performing culturing for 28-32 days in a dark place at 23-27 DEG C, and preferably, performing culturing at 25 DEG C in a dark place for 30 days.
