The invention belongs to the technical field of
food safety detection, and discloses a method for detecting
veterinary drug residue of an animal-derived product. The method comprises the following steps: analyzing an extracting
solvent, an extracting method and a purifying technology suitable for a sample to be detected, and extracting and purifying components to be detected in the sample; separating 63 analytes under a liquid
chromatography separation condition, and performing baseline separation on 6 groups of isomers; simultaneously detecting sulfonamides, sulfonamide synergists, quinolones, beta-
receptor agonists, tetracyclines, macrolides, quinolines, nitroimidazoles, cephalosporins and penicillins, altogether 63
veterinary drugs in 10 categories, through selection and use of an MS / MSdetector, an ESI
ion source, a schedul MRM mode, three-
ion confirmation and an internal / external standard quantifying technology. The method provided by the invention is applied to detection of 10 categories, altogether 63 kinds, of
veterinary drugs, such as sulfonamides in a daily
animal product; through improvement on the working efficiency and reduction in the detection cost, a
food safety emergency can be quickly handled, and social and
economic benefits are brought.
