Abstract

The invention discloses multi-module integrated equipment and method for rapidly treating oily sludge. The integrated equipment comprises an earthworm plant filter tank, a thermal cleaning chamber, a precipitation device and an oil-water separator. The thermal cleaning chamber assists in treating sludge through microwaves. A cleaning agent, a demulsifying agent and a flocculating agent which are subjected to ultrasonic treatment are added in the sludge cleaning and precipitation process. The precipitation device realizes separation of sludge and an oil-water mixture. The precipitation device is connected with the oil-water separator through a water outlet pipe. The oil-water separator is connected with the earthworm plant filter tank through a sewage conveying pipe. The precipitation device is connected with the earthworm plant filter tank through a sludge pumping pipe. Sewage can be directly discharged or reutilized after being treated by the earthworm plant filter tank. Sludge is treated by wormcast in the earthworm plant filter tank to form earthworm cast fertilizer, and agricultural utilization is realized. Oily sludge can be continuously treated by the wormcast, and continuous treatment of the oily sludge is realized. A large number of chemical reagents are not used in the treatment process, and pollution is avoided. The operation cost is low, and the degradation efficiency is high.
