[0052] The present invention also provides a preparation method of the polyethylene fiber reinforced ductile plastering mortar described in the above technical solution, comprising the following steps:

[0053] a) Portland cement, superfine sand, fly ash, water reducing agent and water are mixed to obtain the basic mortar;

[0054] b) mixing the basic mortar with polyethylene fibers to obtain polyethylene fiber reinforced ductile plastering mortar.

[0055] Wherein, the types and dosages of Portland cement, ultrafine sand, fly ash, water reducing agent, water and polyethylene fiber are consistent with those described in the above technical solution, and will not be repeated here.

[0056] Regarding step a): The mixing is preferably carried out in a mixer. Specifically, it is preferable to pour water into the mixer first, and then add Portland cement, ultrafine sand, fly ash, and water reducer. In the present invention, the stirring time of the mixing is not particularly limi...

Abstract

The invention provides polyethylene fiber reinforced ductile plastering mortar and a preparation method thereof, and a method for preventing a fabricated internal partition wall from cracking. The polyethylene fiber reinforced ductile plastering mortar provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 500 to 750 parts of Portland cement, 400 to 650 parts of superfine sand, 0 to 850 parts of fly ash, 5 to 15 parts of a water reducing agent, 300 to 600 parts of water and 15 to 25 parts of polyethylene fiber. The polyethylene fiber reinforced ductile plastering mortar provided by the invention is prepared by mixing the Portland cement, the superfine sand, the fly ash, the water reducing agent, the water and the specific polyethylene fiber according to a certain proportion, so that the obtained mortar has the characteristics of ultrahigh ductility, toughness, impact resistance, strain hardening effect, multi-microcrack (harmless crack) propagation and the like; and cracks can be effectively inhibited when used at the joints of the assembly type inner partition walls.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a polyethylene fiber reinforced ductile plastering mortar and a preparation method thereof, and a method for preventing cracking of an assembled inner partition wall. Background technique [0002] The prefabricated inner partition wall is light in specific gravity, high in strength, moderate in thickness, easy to install, reusable, and has the characteristics of sound insulation, moisture resistance, fire prevention, and environmental protection. Whether it is a traditional wall material or a new type of wall material, the existing prefabricated interior partition wall panels are commonly used foam concrete wall panels, aerated concrete wall panels, ceramsite concrete wall panels, etc., and the installation method requires cement mortar Bonding, but there are different degrees of seam cracking phenomenon. [0003] In recent years, the degree of interior decoration has become mo...
