The invention discloses a public building air conditioner energy consumption allocation method which comprises the steps that BA system air conditioner operation data, air conditioner energy consumption data and air conditioner power consumption data are collected in real time and stored in a real-time database; association configuration information among all areas of the building, users and air conditioner related equipment is obtained, and a relational database is established; when the association configuration information changes, the areas of the building and the user information are associated again, and the relational database is updated; according to the real-time database and the relational database, the actual cold and heat value of each user terminal is calculated; cold and heat allocation is carried out by utilizing the actual cold and heat value of each user terminal; and according to the cold and heat sharing result, the air conditioner energy consumption borne by each user and the generated energy consumption cost are calculated.
