The invention provides an air pollutant detection device. The air pollutant detection device comprises an NO2 measurement module, an O3 measurement module, a temperature and humidity measurement module and a microcontroller. The device is provided with a GPRS communication module and a storage module, and the GPRS communication module and the storage module are connected with the microcontroller, thereby achieving the communication and storage functions of monitoring data. The GPRS module is used for uploading data acquired by the monitoring device to the monitoring cloud platform and receiving parameters issued by the monitoring cloud platform; on the other hand, the invention provides a calibration method which comprises the following steps: receiving data uploaded by the pollutant monitoring device and pollutant concentration data of the pollutant monitoring calibration base station, carrying out linear regression to obtain a value of an undetermined coefficient, issuing the undetermined coefficient to the detection device, updating a formula, calculating to obtain the concentration of a target pollutant, and storing the concentration of the target pollutant.
