The invention relates to a moisturizing essence containing a collagen component, which comprises an A-phase component, a B-phase component and a C-phase component, wherein the A-phase component comprises 82.12 to 85.34 parts of water, 7.5 to 11 parts of 1, 3-propylene glycol, 0.1 to 0.2 part of carbomer and 0.1 to 0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate; the phase B comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.4 to 0.6 percent of camellia-seed oil, 0.01 to 0.03 percent of tocopherol (vitamin E) and 0.15 to 0.25 percent of emulsifier; the C-phase component comprises 5 parts of a first skin conditioner, 0.1 part of a second skin conditioner and 0.2 part of a third skin conditioner; and the D-phase component comprises 0.1-0.2 part of arginine.
