Embodiment Construction

[0084] figure 1 A method for producing an elastic laminate 1 with a first cover layer 2 and an elastic film 3 is shown. A spunlace nonwoven is provided as the first cover layer 2 . The first cover layer 2 is fed to the stretching device 4 in the production direction. Here, within the scope of the present invention, the production direction is the feed direction of the material web of the first cover layer 2 , wherein the production direction naturally changes accordingly when deflected on the rolls. The assigned production direction is used to differentiate and define the transverse direction Q. Therefore, if several sections or material webs are conveyed as a continuous web, it is not necessary to distinguish different conveying devices for this purpose.

[0085] The first stretching device 4 has two intermeshing annular rollers 5a, 5b, which together with the cover layer 2 arranged between them are figure 2 shown in cross-sectional view. observation by comparison figu...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing an elastic laminate (1) having at least one first cover layer (2) and an elastic film (3), the first cover layer (2) being fed as a first material web in a production direction to a first stretching device (4); subsequently stretching the first cover layer (2) transversely to the production direction by means of a first stretching device (4) and wrinkling the first cover layer; and connecting the folded first cover layer (2) to an extrusion web (8) provided for forming the elastic film (3) in such a way that the cover layer (2) is connected to the extrusion web (8) only on a section (11) facing the extrusion web (8); or the folded first cover layer is connected to a prefabricated elastic film (3) in such a way that the elastic film (3) is at least melted on the side thereof facing the first cover layer (2), the first cover layer (2) is pressed against the at least melted side of the elastic film (3) only on the sections (11), and the elastic film (3) is pressed against the first cover layer (2). The first cover layer (2) is at least partially embedded in the polymer matrix of the elastic film (3).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for producing an elastic laminate having at least one first cover layer and an elastic film. The invention also relates to a laminate obtainable by said method. Background technique [0002] The elastic laminate is particularly preferably used as the elastic section of the disposable hygiene article. The elastic laminate is provided here in particular as elastic fastening strips of conventional diapers or also as elastic side sections of pant diapers, which are also referred to in practice as training pants. In addition to diapers for infants, corresponding elastic materials are also provided in incontinence products for older children and adults. [0003] Due to the described application situation, various boundary conditions must be observed. On the one hand, in the case of single-use products, the pursuit of the lowest possible cost and the most efficient use of materials is possible. Manufacturing and p...
