Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a proportional mixture of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells and nano-fat. The method comprises the following steps: S1, separating and extracting adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells; s2, culturing the adipose tissue-derived stem cells; s3, screening the adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells cultured in the step S2; s4, preparing nano fat; and S5, mixing the nano fat and the screened adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells to obtain a mixture with a required proportion. The proportion mixture prepared by the preparation method of the proportion mixture of the adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells and the nano-adipose provided by the invention has the advantages that the proportion mixture is uniform; the stem cells exist in the nano fat and can promote collagen synthesis of fiber cells and angiogenesis of vascular endothelial cells, and the bioactive factors are secreted by the adipose-derived stem cells, and the adipose-derived stem cells can continuously activate and nourish the skin hair follicle structure to promote functional change of the skin hair follicle structure.
