Problems solved by technology

[0005] However, the problem with the commonly used shoe dryer is that it is designed so that the hot air and cold air are forced into the drying room by the fan, and the air flows into or out of the drying room through the air circulation room, so its structure is very complicated
[0006] Moreover, another problem with the commonly used shoe dryer is that since the shoes are dried by the hot air circulating in the drying chamber and the temperature of the drying chamber is constant, it is not possible to set the optimum temperature according to the type of shoes.

Embodiment approach

[0022] The skilled person understands the basic structure and operation of such a continuously moving track 60 . According to the first embodiment of the present invention, the continuously moving crawler 60 comprises a chain 61 and sprockets 62 . Mounted on the chain 61 are a plurality of rods 64 each having a predetermined length. A plurality of drying plates 63 are mounted on the rod 64 so that shoes to be dried can be placed on the drying plates 63 .

[0023] The auxiliary frame 100 is located at a position spaced apart from the top surface of the moving crawler 60 . The auxiliary frame 100 and the main frame 50 with the moving tracks 60 are manufactured separately. Wheels are installed at the bottom of the sub-frame 100 in contact with the supporting surface, so the sub-frame 100 can be easily moved to a desired position. That is, the auxiliary frame 100 is U-shaped with an open bottom and is separated from the main frame 50 , so it is easy to install and move. For co...

Abstract

Disclosed herein is a shoes dryer using near infrared rays. The shoes dryer functions to rapidly dry shoes after a gluing process. The shoes dryer includes a continuous moving track 60, and a sub-frame 100 provided in such a way as to cross the track at a position which is spaced apart from a top surface of the track. A chamber 200 is provided between the track and the sub-frame. The chamber is provided with an irradiating unit 210 to irradiate near infrared rays and with a reflecting plate 220 to downwardly reflect the near infrared rays generated from the irradiating unit. Further, a position adjusting unit 300 is provided with a fixed panel 310 and a plurality of manipulating rods 320 so that the fixed panel is connected to the reflecting plate by the manipulating rods, thus adjusting a position of the chamber in a vertical direction.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention generally relates to a shoe drying machine, and more particularly to a shoe drying machine using near infrared rays, which can rapidly complete a shoe drying process, thereby increasing productivity. Background technique [0002] As is well known to those skilled in the art, during shoe manufacture, the upper leather is glued to the sole with a liquid adhesive. When mass producing shoes, it is necessary to dry the shoes rapidly and continuously after the gluing process is completed. In order to quickly and continuously complete the shoe drying process, several shoe dryers have been proposed. [0003] For example, a conventional shoe dryer disclosed in Korean Patent Application No. 10-1991-00070208 will be described below. figure 1 It is a sectional view of a commonly used shoe dryer. [0004] Such as figure 1 As shown, the shoe dryer includes a frame 1, which is divided by a partition plate 101 into a first drying chamber 1A a...
