Embodiment Construction

[0016] The interactive learning device of the embodiment of the present invention is suitable for teaching children to learn multiple contents such as causality, music awareness or identification skills of marks (such as letters and numbers). This type of learning device not only can be used for learning by users but also has certain entertainment value.

[0017] An interactive learning device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing (eg, a drum-shaped housing) and a sensor unit arranged in the housing. The sensor unit is capable of sensing a user's tap on a part of the housing. Preferably, the form of the interactive learning device should be suitable for people's usual tapping operation. In some embodiments, the interactive learning device takes the form of a drum, enabling the child to strike the drum with hands or drumsticks. Therefore, the interactive learning device is not only electronically functional, but also attractive to children in ...

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a learning device. Background technique [0002] Cross references to related patent applications [0003] This application claims priority to US Provisional Application 60 / 299,830, filed June 20, 2001, which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety. [0004] Traditional children's learning devices (such as educational toys) are usually limited in content relative to the children's learning range. Traditional learning devices usually only teach one thing such as cause and effect, musical awareness, or identifying markers. In other words, conventional learning devices are limited to one mode of operation and one content. Traditional learning devices also only focus on the teaching of one predetermined content, and therefore do not do a good job of motivating, entertaining, and engaging young children (ie, children over six months old). This deficiency is especially true when the child is in infancy and has no motor...
