This invention comprises function signal generator, detecting electrode, electrode fixing device, signal processing circuit, wherein the two detecting electrodes are in telescopic tubular shape and are directly covered on both ends of capillary; and electrode fixing device is composed of two boards with notches in and two detecting electrodes are located in the notches and are connected separately with signal processing circuit; the above components are set in one metal shielding box; the guiding means of capillary is fixed on the side wall of the box; and the guiding wire of detecting electrode is led by the guiding hole and thus is connected with output edge of function signal generator.
