Problems solved by technology

[0004] In other words, for conventional doors, since part of the wood used is exposed to the outside of the door, its stain or coating agent may come off from the surface of the door over a long period of use, causing the wood to penetrate into the interior of the door. damaged by moisture
Therefore, there is a disadvantage that such damage can seriously affect the life and reliability of the door itself

Embodiment Construction

[0019] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings.

[0020] like figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, the front surface (eg, outdoor side) and rear surface (eg, outdoor side) of the door of the present invention are defined by a front panel 10 and a rear panel 20 , respectively. The front panel 10 and the rear panel 20 may be made of synthetic resin material, and made into relatively thin panels. If the front panel 10 and the rear panel 20 have predetermined strength and moisture intrusion resistance, they are sufficient for the door. For example, it can be made of any kind of synthetic resin material.

[0021] From the point of view of strength, it is better to use hot-pressed glass fiber boards for the front board 10 and the rear board 20 . However, the material of the board does not have to be limited to this. As mentioned above, the front and rear panels can also be made of any kind of synth...

Abstract

The present invention discloses a door which has sufficient bending strength and is not damaged by moisture. The front panel 10 and the rear panel 20 of the door of the invention are made of glass fiber material. A pair of transverse frames 30a and 30b are made of synthetic resin, and a pair of longitudinal frames 40a and 40b made of wood comprising a plurality of veneers bonded together are fixed between edge portions of the front and rear panels. The upper and lower portions of the longitudinal frames are fixedly bonded to the lower and upper surfaces of each of the transverse frames so that the longitudinal frames are not exposed. In addition, a pair of cover plates 50 made of synthetic resin are attached to the outer side surfaces of the longitudinal frames so that the longitudinal frames are not exposed to the outside. The inner space defined by the frame between the front panel and the rear panel is filled with foaming liquid to form a foam layer.

Description

field of invention [0001] The present invention relates to a door, and more particularly, to a door capable of preventing moisture from entering the inside from the outside by forming a frame using synthetic resin and wood and adding a foam layer within the frame. Background technique [0002] In currently mass-produced doors, the frame of the door is mainly made of synthetic resin material. However, when such a frame is only made of a synthetic resin material, it has a disadvantage in that the door may be bent as a whole. In consideration of this deformation, timber is partially used in forming the frame of the door. [0003] In the case where wood is partially used in order to prevent the door having the above structure from warping, the wood may be damaged by moisture penetrating into the inside. This is undesirable since the stability of the door would be greatly reduced. [0004] In other words, for conventional doors, since part of the wood used is exposed to the ou...
