Abstract

The invention discloses the application of high-fusion-point native pitch product in oil pitch modifying as a modifier. The invention is characterized in that it demands the product that possess different fusion point and can fuse at oil pitch temperature below 190 DEG C, processes relevant grain size and fluxing method: for native pitch with fusion-point between 200~260 DEG C, the grain size is not more than 85um, using the stirring method for fusion; for the fusion-point between 260~380 DEG C, the grain size is not more than 65um, using the stirring method; for the fusion-point between 260~380 DEG C, the grain size is not more than 850um, using the mixed fluxing method. The advantage of the invention is that putting the product into the oil pitch for fusion using the method offered above according to the factor of grain size after knowing the native pitch fusion-point; and the method is simple, process easy, no pollution and can improve the modified oil pitch quality and save the expense of road surfacing.
