Abstract

This invention discloses a method for accessing IMS network with the original devices. The invention describes a communication network allowing the remaining device to access the IMS network, in which, said communication network includes a switch system, an IMS network and a non-IMS network, said switch system includes a user database preparing the identity of the IMS user of the remaining device in advance. In operation, the calling party calls with the device, said switch system receives said call and accesses the database of said user based on the ID of the calling party to see if it is the IMS user, if so, the switch system routes the call to said network, if not, it routes it to the network of non-IMS.
