This invention will have six (6) pencil-pen pocket pleats. Two (2) each out of the six (6) from these pocket pleats will carry and secure two (2) each different lengths and sizes of pencils or pens which will be worn securely around the waist on a fashion and utility leather belt. This new method will minimize the use of students carrying sharp school supply objects in their hands and in a back pack.

[0001]This development of the Pencil-Pen Holder Utility Pouch is very unique, because it can carry up to eight (8) pencils or pens depending on the size and length. A durable plastic strip will be used on the inside bottom of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch pocket pleats to support the penetration of sharpen pencils or pens from piercing through the fabric. Also, this pencil-pen holder utility pouch will primarily be used by all students and will attach itself to the inside (Velcro area) of my Fashion and Utility Leather Belt which I developed and patent (see application Ser.
