[0045]A series of parallel, offset cuts were made in a section of web 4.5 inches wide by 8 inches long by 1 inch thick. The cuts extended approximately 2.25 inches into the web and were spaced approximately 1 inch apart which. A series of 1 inch square thick segments were formed, extending outwardly from the middle portion of the web. After cutting, the web was folded upon itself longitudinally and cinched in the middle portion, (with a fastener made of commercially available cotton cord), forming a ball approximately 5 inches in diameter.
