Benefits of technology

The present invention offers an equipment and technique for doing exercises and stretches with a massage tool designed for self-treatment.

Problems solved by technology

This patent describes different ways people have tried to treat physical injuries and limitations in the past. Some methods require relying on others, while some involve rolling or applying pressure with objects like balls or weights. There is also a limitation in reaching certain areas due to the person's position. Conventional exercise bars tend to focus on physical training but fail at addressing self-massagement. Therefore, there is a need for an improved apparatus that enables self-massage and physical therapy treatment.
