Benefits of technology

The present invention provides a container for ejecting a paste that can be more stably driven than a conventional lifting and lowering screw. Additionally, the container has an assembly-type structure that allows for easy replacement of the container body and re-use of the driver.

Problems solved by technology

The paste material stored in a tube made of such a flexible material is often discarded in a state in which a residual paste material is present in the tube because it is not easy to completely compress the tube.
However, in the above-described conventional technology, since the pressing plate is lifted or lowered according to rotation of the lifting and lowering screw in a state in which the pressing plate is screw-coupled to the lifting and lowering screw, there is a problem in that a malfunction occurs when a thread formed on the pressing plate becomes dull or is deformed.

Embodiment Construction

[0023]Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0024]First, a structure of a container for ejecting a paste material according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6.

[0025]In the container for ejecting a paste according to the present invention, a gear driver 30 is assembled to a lower portion of a container body 10, and a motor driver 40 including a driving motor 41 is coupled to a lower portion of the gear driver 30.

[0026]In the above structure, a partition wall 11 is vertically formed in the container body 10 such that an inner space thereof is divided into a plurality of spaces, that is two or more spaces, and different kinds and compositions of paste materials are individually stored therein, and a main body pressing plate 20 is formed in each of the divided spaces to be liftable and lowerable. Reference numeral 12, which is not de...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a multistage gear-driven container for ejecting a paste material, which can control the ejection of paste by means of the operation of multistage drive gears so as to enable a stable ejection control, controls the ejection of the paste by means of the operation of the multistage drive gears, thereby exhibiting an effect of being able to perform more stable driving than the conventional lift screw, and forms an assembly-type structure having a removable container body, thereby providing an advantage of replacing only the container body storing paste products and enabling a lower driver to be reused.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD[0001]The present invention relates to a container for ejecting a paste material, and more particularly, to a container for ejecting a paste material in which predetermined amounts of various kinds of paste materials are stored and preserved and the paste materials therein are ejectable to the outside to be used by a user as necessary.BACKGROUND ART[0002]Generally, a paste material refers to a material, such as toothpaste, an ointment, or a dye, which is present in a non-solidified state of a liquid when stored in a container and changes into a solidified state when exposed to the outside for a specific time.[0003]A paste material used in everyday life is usually stored in a soft flexible tube and may be ejected to the outside by applying an external force to compress the tube.[0004]The paste material stored in a tube made of such a flexible material is often discarded in a state in which a residual paste material is present in the tube because it is not easy to compl...
