Absorbent article

The purpose of the present invention is to reduce discomfort during wearing and prevent leakage from the side part. The absorbent article is provided with an absorbent body (4) and side sheets (7) disposed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction on both longitudinal side portions on the skin contact surface side. The side sheet (7) is not provided with an elastically stretchable member. In a longitudinal section including a region corresponding to a bodily fluid discharge section (H) of a wearer, a non-adhesive section (10) in which a widthwise central section of the side sheet (7) is not adhered to the absorbent body (4) side is formed, and adhesive sections (11, 12) in which the side sheet (7) is adhered to the absorbent body (4) side are formed on the widthwise outer side and both lengthwise end sides of the non-adhesive section (10), respectively. The end edge of the side sheet (7) on the center side in the width direction is positioned closer to the center side in the width direction than the side edge of the narrowest section (4a) of the absorbent body (4) in a longitudinal section including a region corresponding to the bodily fluid discharge section (H) of the wearer. The end edge of the adhesive section (11), which is adjacent to the outside in the width direction of the non-adhesive section (10), on the center side in the width direction is provided at a position overlapping the side edge of the narrowest section (4a) of the absorbent body (4) or in the vicinity of the position.

Auxiliary device for clinical breast surgery

The invention discloses an auxiliary device for clinical breast surgery in the technical field of medical instruments, which comprises a movable working platform, a negative pressure drainage assembly is arranged at the top of the movable working platform, and a partition plate is arranged in the negative pressure drainage assembly. And dredging assemblies are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the two sides of the partition plate, in the negative pressure drainage assembly. According to the invention, through the designed negative pressure drainage assembly, the second elbow joint is in a conducting state, and the negative pressure in the second external negative pressure drainage tube is balanced into the negative pressure tank, so that the pressure stabilization effect on the second external negative pressure drainage tube can be achieved, the rapid body fluid discharge of the breast wound surface, the internal circulation recovery and the acceleration of the breast wound surface healing are facilitated; the mammary gland wound dressing has good popularization and use values, and can accelerate blood circulation of the mammary gland wound, remarkably promote new vessels to enter the mammary gland wound, stimulate growth of granulation tissues, fully drain, relieve edema, reduce pollution and inhibit bacterial growth.

The invention discloses a hemostatic clamp opened by spring force and provided with a degradation structure, belongs to the technical field of medical hemostatic equipment, and relates to a hemostatic clamp which is used under an endoscope, provided with a degradation structure and opened by spring force. The hemostatic clamp is composed of a clamp part and an operation part. The clamp part is composed of a clamp tube, an elastic piece, a positioning pin, a clamping piece, a sliding wheel, a spring, a connecting pin, a clamping piece fixing seat, a mandrel and a connecting tube; and the operating part of the hemostatic clamp is composed of a spring hose, a connecting pin, a rotating ring, a rotating ring fixing seat and a hook. The hemostatic clamp is simple and ingenious in structural design and convenient and flexible to operate. A polylactic acid degradable material is adopted, a protruding degradable hanging block is installed on the elastic piece at the bottom of the clamping piece, and the falling-off time of the clamping piece is controlled through the degradable structure. A spring and a roller on the positioning pin are used for controlling the opening of the clamping piece and discharging the clamping piece out of the body along with body fluid. By designing the degradable structure, the loosening time of the clamping piece of the hemostatic clamp is controlled, and secondary injury caused by long-term retention in vivo after an operation is avoided.

Medical aspirator with improved safety

The present invention relates to a medical aspirator with improved safety and, more particularly, to a medical aspirator which stores a body fluid discharged from a human body in a storage container so as not to be contaminated by air and discharges the stored body fluid through a discharge pipe installed in communication with the inside to the outside of the storage container, such that body fluid can be discharged without turning the storage container upside down and the body fluid can be prevented from being ejected due to a sudden pressure difference when a discharge line is opened. That is, the aspirator for receiving and temporarily storing a body fluid according to the present invention comprises: a storage container having an accommodation space formed therein; an inlet pipe coupling port formed at an upper portion of the storage container and having an inlet pipe for introducing the body fluid; a discharge tube coupling port formed at an upper portion of the storage containerand connecting the inside with the outside of the storage container; and a discharge pipe connected to the discharge pipe coupling port and having a lower end located at the bottom of the storage container accommodating space and an upper end extending outward to discharge the body fluid stored in the storage container to the outside.
