Dichroa is a genus of 12 species of flowering plants in the family Hydrangeaceae, native to eastern and southeastern Asia. They are deciduous shrubs growing to 1–3 m tall, with their leaves arranged in opposite pairs. The flowers are produced in a broad inflorescence similar to that of the related genus Hydrangea. The fruit is a glossy metallic purple-blue berry.
Terpenoid compounds extracted from common perilla and preparation method and application thereof
This invention belongs to the field of natural product chemistry technology, and relates to the extraction of natural products from the Saxifragaceae family (…). Saxifragaceae Juss.) *Changshan* ( Dichroa Lour.) Plant of the Chinese tallow tree ( Dichroa febrifuga Nine terpenoid compounds were isolated from *Dichroa febrifuga* extract. These compounds were obtained by sequentially separating the crude extract using D101 macroporous resin, silica gel column chromatography, HP20 column chromatography, ODS column chromatography, and HPLC. This invention also relates to investigating the bioactivity of these terpenoid compounds. The preparation method of this invention is simple, reproducible, and yields compounds with high purity, exhibiting good anti-inflammatory activity.
