The invention discloses a culture method of a Taishan codonopsis lanceolata micro-seminal root. Directly transplanted rhizophorous micro-rhizomes are acquired by six steps, and field micro-seminal roots are further acquired. The micro-seminal roots have the remarkable advantages that the roots are small in size, convenient to transplant and store, long-distance transportation of the roots is facilitated, growth and development cycles are completely consistent with these of conventional field seedlings and the like. By the method, annual seedlings with excellent inheritable characters can be rapidly produced, an integrated breeding system from bottle seedlings to transplanting seedlings is formed, and the cultural method is a novel and efficient seedling breeding method. The culture methodfills the technical gaps of sterility micro-rhizome cultural of Taishan codonopsis lanceolata tissue culture seedlings and a breeding mode of field micro-seminal roots.
