According to the invention, the dependence relationship between the spin splitting displacement of PSHE under different incident polarization and the film thickness is utilized to realize non-contact, lossless and high-precision measurement of the metal and non-metal material film thickness, and the measurement system is simple in structure and convenient to operate.

The method applies a system identification theory. An equivalent RC model structure of a single building is established based on the building thermal process. Model step-by-step driving is carried out by using hour-by-hour room temperature monitoring data of several different stages in the actual operation process of the building and hour-by-hour heat (cold) supply quantity historical data of corresponding stages; and corresponding hourly meteorological conditions and initial conditions are input, and model parameters are identified stepby step through a genetic algorithm (GA), so that an equivalent RC model with determined parameters is obtained, and the dynamic average room temperature of the building is predicted.
