The preparation method of the chip comprises the following steps: oxidizing a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microfluidic chip substrate in oxygen atmosphere; and connecting silane coupling agent with the inside of the substrate, and connecting the polymer with silane coupling agent. By strictly controlling the reaction conditions and the molar ratio of reactants, relatively regular polymer can be prepared. The polymer in the invention is used to modify PDMS, thus the hydrophilicity can be maintained permanent, any expensive instrument is not used and the preparation is convenient and fast.

The invention discloses a method for measuring the migration amount of harmful substances in printing ink. The method comprises the following steps of: weighing the printing ink, adding the harmful substances, and mixing for later use; adding the printing ink into an offset print printability tester, then printing paper samples; weighing solid foods or food simulants, uniformly covering on unprinted surfaces of sample pages, then placing the sample pages in sealed glassware, and setting different time under a certain temperature for migration; and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis on the harmful substances on the migrated foods or food simulants by a gas chromatography instrument or a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry or a liquid chromatography instrument or a gas chromatography flame ionization detector. Compared with the traditional printing method, the method disclosed by the invention is low in cost, and the content deviation of harmful substances in different sample pages in the same printing conditions is smaller; sample pages to be measured are applied to a migration test, and relative standard deviation of parallel samples in migration results is also smaller than plus or minus 15%; and the method disclosed by the invention is used for manufacturing the sample pages to be measured by using the real printing ink and is capable of measuring the migration situation of the harmful ingredients in the real printing ink.

The invention, which relates to the field of authentication of authentic artworks, provides an anti-counterfeiting authentication and recording tracing system and method for paper-medium-based artworks. The method comprises: a paper print image acquisition device is used for carrying out processing on a paper-medium-based artwork like calligraphy work or a painting to obtain paper print information, and the information is uploaded to a server and is stored for the record; and when authenticity of a to-be-detected artwork needs to be authenticated, paper print information of the to-be-detected artwork paper is collected and is compared with original recorded paper print information stored in the server, and the authenticity of the artwork is determined based on the matching degree of paper print comparison. According to the system and method provided by the invention, on the basis of uniqueness, stability, and non-duplicated performance of the paper print, scientific and objective comparison is realized, thereby avoiding subjectivity of manual experience-based authentication; a problem of counterfeiting of separation of the authenticated object and the artwork according to other authentication methods can be solved; because of recording of the original artworks, records are made in a system database for all transactions, thereby realizing tracing of artworks transaction flow directions; and the system and method are convenient to implement and have the broad market application prospects.

The influence of the average stress effect on the fatigue life of the welded steel bridge is accurately considered, the defect that existing steel bridge fatigue design standards for fatigue life are too high is overcome, and the method is worth wide application and popularization.

The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly grating and copolymerizing carboxymethyl chitosan and hydrophobic monomers and self-assembling to form nanoparticles in the action of an initiator; secondly, oxidizing glycyrrhizic acid to obtain a glycyrrhizic acid aldehyde solution, mixing the glycyrrhizic acid aldehyde solution with the nanoparticles at a certain proportion and introducing targeting groups, and carrying out ultrasonic loading on the medicament. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method is simple and easy to control and has good repeatability and better stability and safety; and the targeting property and the tumor-inhabiting effect of the anti-tumor medicament can be strengthened remarkably. Model step-by-step driving is carried out by using hour-by-hour room temperature monitoring data of several different stages in the actual operation process of the building and hour-by-hour heat (cold) supply quantity historical data of corresponding stages; and corresponding hourly meteorological conditions and initial conditions are input, and model parameters are identified stepby step through a genetic algorithm (GA), so that an equivalent RC model with determined parameters is obtained, and the dynamic average room temperature of the building is predicted.
