On the premise that a coke oven is safely operated and other technology requirements for the crude gas can be met, more than 60% of the crude gas can be recycled by the ascension pipe heat exchanger effectively, the amount of ammonia for cooling the crude gas is reduced, and the amount of poisonous and harmful waste water in the crude gas purifying process is reduced.
