The method comprises pre-stage flotation, post-stage flotation and selection; after grinding and mixing, a vulcanizing agent, a collecting agent and a foaming agent are added in each sub-stage of the pre-stage flotation; the mineralized bubble adjusting agent I, a vulcanizing agent, an activating agent, a collecting agent and a foaming agent are added in each sub-stage of the post-stage flotation; and the mineralized bubble adjusting agent II, a vulcanizing agent and a collecting agent are added in each sub-stage of the selection so as to obtain copper concentrate and tailings. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that: the mineralized bubble adjusting agent is correspondingly added when the activating agent is added in the post-stage flotation so as to avoid excessively large bubbles caused by adding the activating agent only, and the production operation is convenient; and compared with the conventional vulcanizing flotation method and conventional activating flotation method, by adopting the medicine adding method and flow structure provided by the invention, the method can improve the recovery rate of copper concentrate by 8-14% while ensuring similar grades of the copper concentrate.

Cleaning method of ultrafiltration membrane

The invention discloses a cleaning method of an ultrafiltration membrane. The cleaning method is used for mainly treating the pollution form of the ultrafiltration membrane with inorganic scales coated with organic scales. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an acid cleaning solution; (2) carrying out acid pickling: carrying out circulating cleaning on the ultrafiltration membrane by using the acid cleaning solution, controlling the pH value of the cleaning solution to be 1.5-3 and controlling the cleaning temperature to be 38-41 DEG C; (3) carrying out primary flushing and removing residual acid cleaning solution in the ultrafiltration membrane; (4) preparing an alkaline cleaning solution; (5) carrying out alkaline washing: carrying out circulating cleaning on the ultrafiltration membrane by using the alkaline cleaning solution, controlling the pH value of the cleaning solution to be 10.5-11.5 and controlling the cleaning temperature to be 38-41 DEG C; and (6) carrying out secondary flushing and removing the residual alkaline cleaning solution in the ultrafiltration membrane. According to the method, various organic matters intercepted on ultrafiltration membrane pores can be efficiently removed, the water yield of the ultrafiltration membrane is increased, the operation pressure of the ultrafiltration membrane is reduced and stable operation of a landfill leachate ultrafiltration membrane treatment system is ensured.

Flow Meter System and Method for Measuring An Amount of Liquid in A Largely Gaseous Multiphase Flow

Both a flow meter system and method are provided for accurately measuring the percentage amounts of liquid and gas phases in a multiphase flow through a conduit when the liquid phase constitutes a small minority portion (e.g., less than about 20%) of the multiphase flow. The system includes a flow meter that includes a differential pressure sensor connected across a Venturi in the conduit, and a dual energy fraction meter, each of which is operably connected to a digital processor. The system further includes a pump connected to the conduit upstream of the flow meter that introduces at least one pulse of a known quantity of liquid, the pulse being sufficient in volume to temporarily increase the liquid phase by a detectable amount. After the liquid pulse is introduced into the multi-phase flow, the digital processor computes the changes in the percentage amounts of the liquid and gas phases which should have occurred as a result of the pulse, and compares the computed changes with the actual changes measured by the flow meter in order to calibrate the flow meter. The measured increase in the liquid flow is then subtracted from the total measured liquid flow to determine the actual percentage of liquid flow.
