This invention provides a constant temperature and dehumidification
system and control method for a grain
silo air conditioner, comprising: an air duct and an air outlet for supplying
fresh air; a temperature and
humidity sensor and an electric air valve are installed at the air outlet, and the
airflow at the air outlet is controlled by adjusting the opening of the electric air valve; fluid in the
temperature control pipeline is used to exchange heat with the air entering the air outlet; an
electronic expansion valve is installed on the
refrigeration pipeline of the air conditioner, located between the
evaporator and condenser of the air conditioner; a controller is connected to the temperature and
humidity sensor and the electric air valve respectively, and the controller controls the opening of the
electronic expansion valve according to the
signal from the temperature and
humidity sensor to adjust the humidity of the grain
silo; the controller calculates the required
airflow at the air outlet according to the
signal transmitted by the temperature and humidity sensor, thereby controlling the opening of the electric air valve to adjust the temperature of the grain
silo, thus solving the technical problem of
high energy consumption and high cost of
grain storage silos in existing constant temperature and dehumidification control methods in related technologies.
