This invention belongs to the field of industrial
solid waste
resource utilization technology, and relates to a method for enriching
titanium dioxide in high-
titanium blast furnace slag, comprising: Step S10: crushing and pretreating the high-
titanium blast furnace slag to obtain fine
blast furnace slag powder; Step S20: mixing the fine blast furnace slag
powder with an acid solution and carrying out an acid leaching reaction to obtain a reaction
slurry; Step S30: adding an alkaline substance to the reaction
slurry to adjust the pH value of the
slurry to 6-8, converting the silica colloids in the slurry into
amorphous silica particles, completing the colloidal regulation; Step S40: performing flotation to remove impurities from the colloidal regulated slurry, removing
calcium sulfate; Step S50: filtering and washing the flotation slurry to remove soluble impurities, obtaining filter residue; Step S60:
drying the filter residue to obtain a product rich in
titanium dioxide. This method overcomes the defects of existing dilute
sulfuric acid leaching methods for enriching
titanium dioxide in high-titanium blast furnace slag, such as silica
colloid interference, difficult
filtration, and low enrichment efficiency.
