The invention relates to an on-line anticorrosive coating spraying technology for a steel pipe. The technology includes the steps of steel pipe preheating, impeller blasting, preheating before coating, anticorrosive paint spraying, steel pipe heating after coating, appearance inspection of an anticorrosive coating, water cooling, thickness inspection of the anticorrosive coating and qualified anticorrosive pipe protecting and stacking. The mode of medium frequency heating is adopted for heating of all heating or preheating workshop sections, and due to the mode of medium frequency heating, the on-line anticorrosive coating spraying technology is fast in heating, high in production efficiency, little in oxidization decarbonization, free of pollution, low in energy consumption, even in heating and high in temperature control accuracy and saves material, and temperature difference between a core and the surface is small. The mode that paints are sprayed continuously on a production line is adopted, so that coating speed is greatly improved, evenness of a coating is good, coating damage caused in the transport process is avoided, coating quality is improved, and pollution to the surroundings is reduced.
