The preparation method of the blend membrane comprises the following steps: (1) the buffer solution is prepared and a pH range is 2.2-10.1; (2) the mesoporous silicon dioxide is dispersed in the buffer solution prepared in the step (1) to obtain a disperse solution; the disperse solution is pre-cooled; and the pre-cooled disperse solution is blended with a pre-cooled cellulose solution to obtain the membrane casting solution; and (3)rolling processes are used; and curing is conducted in a curing solution to obtain the blended membrane. A dressing uses the blended membrane as a carrier to adsorb a drug solution. In the blend membrane, the buffer solution and low-temperature both have protective effects on the inner and outer surfaces of the mesoporous silicon dioxide; and because pore channels are filled with the buffer solution and are not destroyed by strong alkali, the mesoporous silicon dioxide in the blend membrane still has excellent adsorption properties and sustained release properties.

The cellulose solution isblended with mesoporous silica coated by carbonate, both the buffer solution and a low temperature play a role in protecting the inner and outer surfaces of mesoporous silica, and finally, a dressingis prepared by using a calendaring method.
