A mobile communication system provides a radio base station, a mobile communication terminal and a radio control station. The radio base station communicates with a mobile communication terminal within a service area. When the mobile communication terminal cannot communicate with the radio base station, the mobile communication terminal measures a present position by means of Global Positioning System and stores the present position.
