Wherein, it comprises that (11), based on the channel history rule of instant message transmission, calculate out the channel number used to broadcast preorder message; (12), based on channel number, broadcasting preorder message; the step (11) comprises that (21) base on the history rule, obtain the channel number of channel network meets the condition of instant message transmission; (22) reduce the preset channel number for total channel number, to obtain the channel number in future used to broadcast preorder message; and the preset channel number is that based on the history rule, obtain the channel number used in following instant message transmission, to be added with some abundant channels.
