The invention includes carpet, cushion and circuit. The circuit includes switching power supply and controller part. There are three design schemes. Main points of first scheme are as following: DC input in low voltage is output to heating element; sampling circuit between low voltage output and line of heating element is connected to CPU control circuit; CPU control circuit is connected to VFD, LCD, circuit of digitron display, and output control circuit; the output control circuit is also connected to DC output circuit in low voltage; the CPU control circuit is also connected to functional keys and remote control circuit.
