Similarly, flange parts (224, 221) of bobbin (22) with plans state, opposite plane (422) of outside stator core (42), and opposite plane (826) of inside stator core (82) connects to each other. The opposite planes (817, 827) of the stator cores (81, 82) are also plane state, and connect in whole circle.
