Abstract

A mirror angle adjuster capable of stably holding a mirror (M). The mirror angle adjuster comprises a pivot plate (H) fixed to the reverse side of the mirror (M), and an actuator (A) for holding the pivot plate (H). The actuator (A) has a housing (A1), a rod (A3) for pushing / pulling the pivot plate (H), and a motor for providing the rod (A3) with a driving force. An annular receiving section (121) placed to surround the rod (A3) is formed in housing (A1). The pivot plate (H) has an annular slide portion (H31) in slidable contact with the receiving section (121), and an engagement portion with which the forward end of the rod (A3) engages. The mirror angle adjuster can hold the mirror (M) stably.
