Embodiment Construction

[0044] First, a deburring knife according to the prior art is explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 .

[0045] The deburring bayonet according to FIGS. 1 to 3 is driven rotationally about the axis of rotation 1 , for example in the direction of the arrow 2 or in the opposite direction thereto.

[0046] The deburring knives have the purpose of being placed on the workpiece surface 18 and machining the angular surface 17 in the region of the hole with the hole diameter 20 .

[0047] For this purpose, the cutting knife 3 (GHS knife) is equipped with a cutting edge 4 which has a positive angle in the direction of the workpiece surface 18 . What is important here is that when entering the hole diameter 20 the cutting edge 4 first rests on the workpiece surface 18 at a point 14 and starting from this point 14 the cutting action starts along the cutting edge 4 . A cutting force 24 is generated here, which is oriented approximately perpendicularly to the cutting edge 4 . It foll...

Abstract

The invention relates to a deburring cutter of a deburring tool, which is used for deburring the edges of the through hole of a workpiece; the deburring cutter radially extends outwards and is radially extruded outwards opposite to the spring; wherein, the deburring cutter is provided with at least one edge which forms a wedge; the edge is connected with an end surface by a control surface. The deburring cutter is characterized in that the cutting surface of the deburring cutter is provided with a negative angle along the direction facing to the surface of the workpiece.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a deburring knife for a deburring tool according to the preamble of claim 1 . Background technique [0002] A patent belonging to the same applicant was used to develop a so-called GHS knife which appears in a different patent. The deburring knife is characterized in that there is an approximately wedge-shaped cutting edge, wherein the cutting edge has a positive angle with respect to the surface of the hole edge to be deburred. This means that with a positively inclined cutting edge, the cutting edge first rests on the inside on the hole to be deburred and the cutting blade touches the edge of the hole and is then deburred obliquely. The deburring inclination here corresponds to the angle formed by the cutting edge with the edge of the hole. [0003] The so-called GHS knives are characterized in that, in the case of the action of the knife edge inclined to the hole surface, a pulling force is generated on the knife in the di...
