[0008] A manufacturing process of an automatic drain valve mainly includes the following steps: the sealing ring of the joint of the drain valve provides an arched sealing member connected with it. The structure of the automatic drain valve manufactured by the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. An automatic drain valve is mainly composed of a valve body 3 and a drain valve joint 1 , the sealing ring of the drain valve joint 1 is connected with an arched seal 2 . The working principle is briefly described below. When water enters the valve body, the water pressure in the body rises, and the arched seal deforms to block the outlet of the drain valve joint. When the valve body is closed, the water pressure in the body drops, the arch seal recovers, and the drain valve joint drains water.
