A method for detecting and processing error of video code flow in video communication, to establish index between transmission data identifier and corresponding encoding image information for encoding code flow; to detect the integrality of transmission data identifier on network transmission node, if detecting losing data, then to transmit the corresponding error data identifier to video encoding end through feedback channel; the video encoding end searches the corresponding image encoding information according to the transmission data identifier received from the feedback channel; the encoding end implements encoding with error or transmits the data again based on the corresponding image encoding information. The present invention can find error within a small feedback time delay, and implement error recover processing to the error video code flow, so as to recover the damaged image quality of the video encoding end with maximal speed, also the present invention has very strong anti-jamming and recover capability to video transmission error code as well as package-losing.
